We found Chris in a cave. He was living off bat guanos and experiencing the world quite differently from you or I. We took him out of the cave and nourished him with non-guano food products. Assimilation failed, though, as the world was mundane and boring to him without the guano he had come to rely on.

Chris was last seen in the caverns of western Connecticut.
